What an incredible and truly special evening!
Myself and the Mayoress, had the great honour of attending the Georgian Theatre Royal in Richmond, North Yorkshire, for “The Alice Issue” — a live demonstration of an unbelievable supernatural phenomenon presented by the Marske Choir.
The atmosphere was electric, and every performance shone with passion, humour, and pure talent. The hilarious performances by Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee had the audience in stitches, while the entire cast delivered something truly extraordinary from start to finish.
A particular highlight for us was the breathtaking solo performance of “Largo al Factotem!” 🎶
As Mayor of Richmond, I could not be prouder of everyone involved. The dedication, creativity, and community spirit on display made it a night to remember — a shining example of the talent we are so lucky to have right here in Richmond. 👏✨
